Shawanda Dodson-Crawford is a Nashville native and she has been a Middle Tennessee REALTOR® since 2002. In 2020, Shawanda obtained her broker license to expand her brand. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, Shawanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University. Her background in healthcare and management has greatly impacted Shawanda’s successful career as a REALTOR®.

Shawanda is a servant leader at heart. She is very active in her community and has an innate ability to help those around her. Her faith in and love for God is at the foundation of her character. She is married to a country boy from Paris, TN that shares her servant leadership belief. They have two adult children and a granddaughter.
Shawanda doesn’t have many hobbies. However, eating is her primary love language! Yes, you just learned there’s 6 love languages, not 5! She loves a good meal, a good laugh, something spicy, traveling, and making memories with loved ones. If you see her at a party, you will find her on the dance floor. Having a good time in any environment is her specialty;she looks for the good in every situation.
